Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Arya Travel & Tour to plan, book, or facilitate any journey, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. These terms govern all bookings made directly with Arya, whether through our website, by phone, email, or through a travel manager.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package value is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Arya reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received by the due date. All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to your travel manager. Full refund is available up to 90 days before departure (less deposit). 50% refund applies between 90–60 days. Within 60 days of departure, refunds are at Arya's discretion based on supplier commitments. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
4. Limitation of Liability
Arya Travel & Tour acts as a travel arranger and is not liable for failures by third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, and ground operators. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the package booked. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If you have any questions, contact us at legal@aryatravel.com.
